You can add a product to a invoice by opening the reservation overview. Depending on your screensize the invoice will be on the first page of the reservation overview or it will be on the tab invoice:

If the invoice is in a concept state you will be able to edit the invoice. If you click on the edit button you can edit the invoice and add a row:

You can then start typing and the system will suggest products which are available in the system.

If the product is added you can save the invoice so it is updated.
