In the reservation overview we can manually send the email to your guest by clicking the envelope icon:

The email pop-ip is shown:

You can either create an email yourself by adding a subject and your email message or you can use an template which is already been prepared in the email templates.

You can also change the language communication to you guest. You can read more about changing the language in Cet article

After changing the language the reservation email templates will be selected based on this language.
