In the fields settings, you see all the fields, which you can select to use in the reservations form. If you want to add a custom field in the reservation form, and the field is not available in the form setup, you can create one here.

Suppose you want to ask guests if they want to receive a newsletter with every reservation. You can create a ‘newsletter’ field here. Select ‘Add’, add ‘Newsletter’ as the name and select On/Off at field type:

If you click on the English flag you can enter translations.

You can now add this field to the reservation form in the setting “Form setup”, discussed in the previous chapter.
