Cancellations

If you want to charge a fee if a reservation is cancelled, you need to add a cancellation product here. To set the cancellation conditions, go to Accommodation settings –> Settings

You only need to add a product, it is not necessary to add costs to the product:

Give the product a descriptive name:

You don’t need to enter a price. Click “save” to save the product:

Finally, select the product you created:
