Under the heading ´Form setup´, you can define exactly what data you want to receive from the guest when they make a booking.

This article explains which fields the guest needs to fill in when making a booking. At the top of the picture above, you can see that ´Online booking´ is circled in red. If you click on ´Backoffice´, you can set the guests data you need to fill in when making a backoffice booking.

In the image above, you can see on the right-hand side which fields are selected and will therefore be displayed. By clicking on the asterisk, you can make a field mandatory. In the image below, you can see how it is displayed in the booking engine.

You can also ask for co travellers’ information. By clicking the ´Co travellers´ button, you can customise the fields for the co travellers.

There are a number of standard fields in the system. It is also possible to create your own. The image below shows an example of a customised field. By clicking the purple ´Edit guest fields´ button, you can create and edit the fields yourself.
