Originally written in English, any translations errors should be checked against the original atricle
First, you can edit the accommodation name and apply a description. This description will be visible to the guest in the booking engine.
On the right-hand side, you will see two UK flags. This means the language in which this name or description is set. If you click on the flag, you can put in translations in multiple languages. When guests in the booking engine enter their preferred language, everything will automatically switch to the translation.
You can then add labels to an accommodation. The labels in the image below are examples of what it looks like. On the right-hand side, you will see a button with ´Add label´. There you can create your own labels.
When you have clicked ´Add label´ you will be taken to the page below. Circled in red are the labels that are already pre-set in the system.
Below that, you will see previously created labels. Clicking on one of the labels will place it among the active labels.
Under the ´Create label´ section, you can create your own label. You can give the label a name and then choose an icon you want to use for the label. Finally, at the bottom of the page, you can choose what colour the label should be. In the image below, you can see that I have created a label for Wifi.
Then press ´Create label´. Now this label is also visible in the booking engine. As you can see in the image below.
In addition, it is possible to give a rating to your accommodations. For example, when you receive reviews with ratings about certain accommodations via Google or other websites, you can enter here what the average rating is and how many ratings have been given. The image below shows where this can be set. The image above shows that this can also be seen in the booking engine.
Note! Do not forget to click ´Save´. Otherwise the system will not save anything.
