Remove a reservation from a group booking

If you click the ‘remove booking’ button the reservation will be removed from the group.

What happens to the individual reservation depends on the status of the group invoice (whether it is finalised or not). 

If the invoice is not yet finalised:

• The payments and invoice lines belonging to the individual reservation are moved to the reservation invoice.

If the group invoice has already been finalised:

• The reservation receives an empty invoice and the payments continue to belong to the group booking.
