Within the users tab, you will then see a list of all users of your park. To create a new user, click p the purple ´Add user´ button.
You can now enter the details of the new user. If the user has created an account with the same e-mail address, this user will be added to the system. If no account has been created yet, it will receive an invite on the mail.
You can then choose a role of this new user. For more information on setting up and managing roles, click here.
The user is now listed with the other users. To edit a user or determine what rights this user gets, click the pencil icon on the right.
The first tab is ´Information´. Here you can see the user ID, name and e-mail address. You can also edit the role of this user or delete the user here.
The next tab called ´Rights´ is where you can set user permissions. There are hundreds of different rights that you can tick or un-tick for each user.
Under the ‘Places’ tab, you can give the user access to certain places or deny access to certain places.
Under the ´Accommodations´ tab, you can grant this user the rights to access certain accommodations.
Under the ´Dashboard´ tab, you can determine which buttons on the dashboard the user has access to.
Under the ´Logs´ tab, you can define which logs this user has access to. You can give a user access to high, medium and low priority logs.
