How to set up the Stripe app?

In order to make the payments work on the guest page. Make sure you activate the V1 redirect to V2. This can be done here: settings -> Online Booking -> Settings

Important!  

Connecting with Stripe does not work in Safari. Please use google Chrome to setup the initial connection. Payments by guests can be conducted with all browsers.

  • Login to your Camping.care account and go to the app store and find the Stripe app. Open it and install the app. 
  • Once you have installed the app you are able to hit the blue button and connect with Stripe. 
  • Now you are redirected to Stripe 
  • They will ask you to grand Camping.care permission to work with your account.
  • Click on Connect and you will be redirected back to Camping.care. Now Stripe is connected

Disconnect Stripe

Remove the connection with Stripe. In this case we will keep the Logs and Payment history.

Logs

Application logs will be stored here. This is for developers only, logs can be tecnical.

Payments

We log recent payments. Here you can view the status of all payment attemps and see if anything went wrong. 

Add icons in your bookings funnel

To add icons into your bookings funnel, go to settings -> invoices -> payment providers.

On the top, select stripe as a payment provider, then select the payment methods you support.
