In the picture below, you will see the option to send an e-mail circled in red. When you click this envelope, you can send the booking confirmation to the guest.
You can choose to select a preset E-Mail template. Then you don’t have to retype the text every time. For more information on setting up an E-Mail template, click here.
If you click the icon with the down arrow, you can download the reservation overview. When you click the icon with the printer, you can print the reservation overview. On the image below, these icons are circled in red.
If you click on the 3 dots on the right, you will see that there are more options you can perform.
The first option you can choose is the ´Recalculate´ option. Whenever you make an adjustment to the reservation, you can click this button. Then the system will automatically calculate the new prices.
The second option you can choose is the ´Cancel´ option. This button allows you to cancel the reservation.
The third and final option is the option to go to the guest view page. The guest view page is the page containing the reservation information and that the guest can visit.
