You can change several things for the layout of the E-mails. Each e-mail will then be sent under this layout. For example, you can add a photo to the layout. As shown in the image below.

 

An image can also be added to the layout of the E-mail. The image below also shows that you can add a footnote.

 

At the top of the page, you can choose how you want the layout to be structured. You can choose a logo and an image or just a logo or just an image. You can also choose a custom layout. This is for Premium or Enterprise members and is a paid service.

 

Lastly, it is also possible to add an invoice logo. You can see this depicted in the image below.
