1. Branding for online bookings

It is possible to change/choose the colors that you want to use in the online booking engine. You can also upload your own logo and a visual horizontal image. The primary color is the color for most of the text and outlines of the booking engine and the backoffice system. The background color is the color that will be shown on the background of the booking engine and the backoffice system. Select the color you would like to use and click on “save”, refresh your webpage where the booking engine is shown and the colors will immediatly change.

To go back to the standard colors, click on remove under the color you would like to set to standard.

Your logo can be uploaded under Logo. An horizontal image can be added under Visual, this image will be shown on the top of your booking engine.

Your booking engine will look like this with the colors of your own choice.

2. Automatic e-mail notifications

It is possible to send automatic e-mail notifications to guests. You can personalise the layout of these e-mails to a certain extent. On the image below, red circled on the left is where you can change the logo in the mail.

You can also choose to place a footnote in the e-mail.  On the image below is circled in red how to do this.

You can choose whether you want to show the logo and the visual in the e-mail, or only the logo, or only the visual. You can also choose to send a customized e-mail to the guests. This requires a premium subscription.
