1. We will send you an invitation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a hangout-link.

2. Just click on the link and you will see the following screen. The browser may ask to use your microphone and camera. Please allow this.

3.1 If you do not have a Google account, you can join the meeting by entering your name and clicking on the big green button.
3.2 If you have a Google account you can login and click on the big green button to enter the meeting. You will see a waiting screen. Once we accepted you, you will automatically be admitted to the hangout.
What do you need?
– A microphone (So we can talk). Don’t have one? No problem, you can still join the hangout and we will give you a call by phone.
– A camera (this optional).
