How to set up the option for Late Check-out

Late check-out can be set up in two ways. Both options are explained below, along with how to set them up. 

Option 1 – Late check-out until 2:30 p.m.

If late check-out means that guests can stay until 2:30 p.m.on the day of departure,
we can simply create an optional “Late check-out” product. This product can then be selected as an optional product. 

There is no need to block the  accommodation / camping pitch for the following night. The accommodation / camping pitch must be available for the next reservation at 3:00 p.m. 

Please note: if you use number plate recognition, you cannot use this option, because access on the day of arrival is valid from 12:00.  

Option 2 Late check-out after 15:00

If late check-out means that guests can stay until 6 p.m. on the day of departure, the camping pitch or accommodation will need to be blocked for the following night. 

We would like to solve this by using workflow. If the “Late Check-out” product is added to a reservation, a block will automatically be added for the following night.
