Under the ´fields´ heading, you can change travellers’ details. You can also add extra information. When you click on the pencil next to ´reservations´, you can fill in extra fields. These are, for example, data that the guest does not necessarily need to fill in when making a reservation but that you might want to have later. You can decide which fields to put below. To read more about that, click here.
In the main traveller details, you can choose another main traveller or change the current main traveller’s details. By clicking on the magnifying glass, you can search for existing customers in the system, as shown below.
When you click on the icon with the pencil, you can change the details of the current main traveller.
It is also possible to see what has been booked under this contact. By clicking on ´reservations´ at the top, you can view all bookings under this contact. You can also view all invoices and payments for this contact.
On the right-hand side of the page, you can choose to make a reservation from the contact. You can also disable all automatic emails for this contact by clicking the slider. This is depicted in the picture below.
Lastly, you can also add an additional traveller to the booking. If you click the ´Add co traveller´ button, you can search the system again for existing contacts, or create a new contact.
