1. Age tables
If you have different rates or tourist tax rates for different ages, you need to add/modify the age tables. You can edit the existing age tables or add a new one. The age tables are evaluated top-down. Click on the
icon to change the order:

2. Fields
In the fields settings, you see all the fields, which you can select to use in the guest form. If you want to add a custom field in the guest form, and the field is not available, you can create one here. For more information please refer to this article.
3. Form setup
This is the same procedure as described in this article. The fields in the reservation form will be attached to the reservation while the fields in the guest form will be attached to the guest.
4. Languages
Select the language most spoken in your company and the languages in which you want to communicate with your guests. The selected languages are used for translation options in the online reservation form and in the e-mail templates:

5. License Plates
This is where you can enable the use of License plates. You can indicate how many license plates are allowed per reservation for each accomodation.

6. Guest page
Those settings concern the guest page, that is to say, what is shown to the guests on their personal page.
You can indicate when the place number should be shown to the guests, always (as soon as the reservation is created), only when preferred (only when the guest chose this particular place) or never.
You also have different options that you can activate or not.
Do not forget to save !
