In Bulk
If you want to change the status this can be done in bulk from the reservations list view
Update the status
– You can select the checkboxes of the reservation you want to change the status off
– When you selected them you can change the status of the reservation to one of the statusses listed below.
– You cannot change the status to cancelled from the pop-up, this has to be done in each reservation individually.
Recalculate reservations
Recalculating reservations will update the prices of a reservation that were set in the past, to the current prices. If rates or product prices have changed since the reservation was made, the reservation cost will now change.
– You can select the checkboxes of the reservation you want to recalculate.
– After selecting them you can recalculate the bookings.
From Reservation
You can also change the status from the reservation itself. It can be opened from different views like the schedule board, reservation list view etc.
Update Status
From the reservation view you can either select the status from the drop down menu or click the button.
The next status is always selected in the button. The sequence of the status is as folowing:
– pending, confirmed, checkedin, checkedout

Cancel/Decline
You can cancel or decline a booking from the reservation overview page:
After clicking the 3 dots (menu) the folowing options will be available
